Proceedings and Language

All papers, presentations, discussions and recommendations of the Conference will be in English. All papers will be subjected to a process of peer review before acceptance. While all accepted papers will be duplicated for distribution at the conference, only a selection of "full papers" and "short papers" will be published, after revision, in the Conference book. The book will normally be published by Springer Publishers as a special volume in accordance with the high standards associated with IFIP publications. A copy of this Springer publication will be distributed to each Conference participant, when printed approximately six months after the Conference. Papers will be published only if authors are present at the conference.

The Programme Committee will make decisions regarding the acceptance of submitted papers for presentation at the Conference. Following recommendations by the Programme Committee, the Editors will make final decisions regarding acceptance for publication in the Proceedings. Such decisions will be final and authors concerned will be notified separately by the editors.
